Alvin was obese and unhealthy once which also affected his grades in university. His commitment to changing his life positively through regular exercise resulted in turning his life and grades around dramatically.
Kelvin believes that age is only a number. He leads an active lifestyle and considers regular exercise essential to aging well.
Kelvin's motivation to stay active and healthy are his children, to be physically present with them at every stage of their life.
He hopes to inspire working parents to exercise regularly despite family and work commitments as a healthy parent is a better parent.
Melissa is an ardent advocate of barre workouts, leveraging on her experience as the principal at The Movement Studio.
She has been involved in numerous cross-disciplinary collaborations, and participated in International Arts festivals and projects in Australia, China, Russia and South Korea.
It is through her pursuit of movement that Melissa finds great fulfilment and joy.
Kelvin is an inspiration to many and no stranger to life adversities. He beat Stage 4 cancer in his 20s and is in full remission for over 10 years.
He credits much of his success to adopting a healthier, more active lifestyle.
Today, he is a professional fitness instructor and the master franchisee of Steel Combat training programs.
Lynn is a passionate trainer. She carries out customised workouts to improve your fitness level in her high-energy, fun-filled classes.
She is certified in multiple disciplines, regularly conducting Zumba, Kickboxing and BodyArt classes at commercial gyms, studios and for corporate clients.
She is also qualified to teach in school and student care centres as well as providing personal trainings to individuals.
Shanice wants to motivate her family and friends to make positive and permanent lifestyle changes towards better health.
Despite her busy schedule, Shanice makes time to exercise regularly. She is addicted to the adrenaline rush and the sense of accomplishment after every workout she completes.
