ActivEdge home workouts do not require any equipment at all. Wearing shoes is advisable but not a must. All you need is space to move safely.
It’s important that you hydrate before and after your workout. You do not need any fancy beverage. Plain water will do the trick.
We do have a number of ways that we can detect cheaters.
However, we do realise that no matter what we do or how we structure it, people are always going to be able to cheat if that’s what they want to do.
There are no prizes for first place. If someone wants to cheat then they are only really cheating themselves and wasting their money.
ActivEdge Points are assigned to every workout, split into 3 body categories - CORE, LOWER BODY, UPPER BODY.
It is an indication of the intensity of the workout, and the emphasis on each body category.
The more challenging a workout is, the more ActivEdge Points are assigned to it.
Accumulate ActivEdge Points to Level Up your status within the ActivEdge Community.
ActivEdge Points are automatically credited to your account after successfully completing a workout.
Your total ActivEdge Points can be viewed in your profile.
ActivEdge Points never expire and can be used to redeem lifestyle products as we develop ActivEdge further.
